He wears several hats in the real estate investing arena, including being a Co-Sponsor responsible for investor relations and raising private capital for syndications and joint venture projects, hosting the “KCREatingwealth” real estate investing podcast where he has successfully completed 100+ interviews with investors from all around New England with varying experience levels all across the board, is an investor with a 3 family rental property in Leominster, MA, and is also a multifamily property focused real estate agent in MA and works with buyers and sellers to make their investment dreams come true.
Kyle is constantly improving himself, through creating/cultivating meaningful relationships with dozens of investors every single week, attending multiple meetups every week (and co-hosting one in Woburn, MA), participates in the Nationwide Gobundance (Ascend) Mastermind, and Local REI Ignition Mastermind, releasing biweekly episodes of his podcast, and constantly sharing as much valuable content on social media from his experiences for others to learn from.
